Antique filigree Sterling silver Garnet ring art deco missing 1 diamond jewelry

your getting an antique sterling silver ring on each side is a little diamond, one is missing. I didn't notice it till I looked with a magnifying glass. I believe the stones are garnets, but I'm not a gemologist so I have no idea if they are natural or man made. I normally don't call out stones for that reason boxC
