Lalique type antique reverse carved flower floral scarf clip filigree art deco

antique scarf clip Lalique type reverse carved flower. I'm not really sure what this is I've had it for a very long time. from the back of the flower carving is glass it's kind of strange there's nothing mended together or anything but the top of it feels more like a plastic but I don't see any seams or anything. very nice unusual piece of jewelry. quarter in the photos are for size only if you have questions or any information on this piece I would love to know thank you
