Odd Fellows Mason Antique cross pin maybe gold 1890 Lodge fraternal

this has the Odd Fellows hands on it I'm not sure if that's what it is I only found one similar in the people also did not know what they had there was speculation about it being a grand master or something out of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania but honestly I have no idea I cannot read what it says on the back I'm not sure if it's gold or not. honestly I don't have much info on it so if you do please let me know thank you boxD
